regulations for dangerous goods there are several safety obligations which
have to be met.
For example if you are the manufacturer you have to ensure the correct
classification, the proper packing and the right marking and labeling of the
packagings used. Additionally a transport document has to be issued
stating all the relevant information for transport.
If you are the carrier, you have to select the right vehicle, that your driver
has been trained, that the vehicle is equipped with the correct safety
devices, the proper placarding and marking with the orange plate and that
the transport operations are carried out correctly.
